and accept deliveries. Just make a list, have the supplies ready,
and put them to work. They're party people too! From preparation
to serving and cleanup, your housekeeper will help make your party

check all housekeepers' references, and do a Florida Department
of Law Enforcement criminal background check.

use your house cleaning supplies and equipment. We do have housekeepers
who can bring their own supplies, if interested - ask us.
- We
automatically send a substitute housekeeper if your assigned
person is ill or has personal business.
How
Does it Work?
The
vast majority of our clients need service weekly or bi-weekly.
But housekeepers are available on an occasional basis also. Our
most satisfied clients have found that the quality of housekeeper
is more important than the day of the week the service is performed.
The
next day, after your service, I'll call you to see how the housekeepers
did and to make sure you were pleased with the service, if so,
she/he becomes your regular housekeeper for as long as she/he
is with the agency. Anna's guarantees the service and not the
person. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we send one who
better suits your needs for the next service.
We
have a guaranteed substitute policy. If there's ever a date the
housekeeper can't keep we'll call you and send out a substitute
either the same day or a day close to it. By the same token if
there's ever a date that you can't keep, we have a 2 business
day notice of reschedule. That gives me a chance to find your
housekeeper another job so she/he won't have a loss of income.
For
your convenience, you have the choice of paying by check, money
order, visa or mastercard. A check or money order can be left
on the day of service, visa or mastercards will be charged in
advance.
